Section 17A
Punishment for dealing in other substances under the belief that they are narcotic drugs
: Persons or gangs who deal in any substance other than narcotic drugs under the belief that they are narcotic drugs, such as trading, selling, importing, storing, manufacturing, etc. It will be half the punishment.
